habt ihr euch noch nie gefragt, warum wimpern, brust- und beinbehaarung zwar immer wieder nachwächst, egal ob man sie zupft, rasiert oder harzt, aber trotzdem nie länger wird wie max. 2 cm? bart- und haupthaar hingegen wächst ja bis (fast) unendlich, wenn man es nicht schneidet. wann wissen nun zB unsere augenbrauen, wann sie aufhören müssen zu wachsen? sind doch auch nur haare, oder?
das hab ich mir auch immer gedacht, aber da gibt es entscheidende unterschiede.
betrachtet man das ganze aus evolutionstechnischer sicht, macht das schon sinn so. während kopf und gesichtsbehaarung (also bart) zur tarnung und wärmeisolierung diente, wären lange augenbrauen und wimpern ja eher hinderlich.
